First time taking our Dog to a professional groomer. She was gentle and obviously caring and understanding of the dog's trepidations of being cleaned by a stranger. She made very professional recommendations and provided expert feedback on the grooming conditions of our dog. She could have easily tried to charge us for unneeded services, but kept to the basics. We will return!
