These SMS/Text Messaging Terms (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the K9 Klipping text programs. By entering your phone number and opting in (e.g., checking a box, clicking “Agree,” or texting a join keyword), you agree to these SMS Terms, our [Terms of Service], and our [Privacy Policy].
Program Name: K9 Klipping SMS
Purpose:
Service/Transactional: booking confirmations, reminders, ready-for-pickup/arrived notices, schedule changes, receipts, and similar appointment communications.
Marketing (optional): promotions, offers, updates, and waitlist openings (only if you separately opt in).
Message Frequency: Service messages vary by activity; marketing up to 6 messages/month.
Costs: Message & data rates may apply.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: You authorize K9 Klipping to send SMS to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Age: You must be 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent).
Territory: Program available to U.S. mobile numbers.
Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to end all K9 Klipping SMS. Recognized opt-out words: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
You’ll receive a final confirmation: “You’re opted out of K9 Klipping texts. No more messages will be sent.”
Re-Join: Reply START (or UNSTOP) to resume.

You agree to: (a) provide a valid mobile number you control; (b) promptly update your contact info; (c) secure your device and account from unauthorized use; and (d) notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number.
Service examples: confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, ready-for-pickup, receipts.
Marketing examples (if opted in): promotions, limited-time offers, membership updates.
Keywords: STOP/START/HELP as above.
We process your mobile number and message data as described in our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell your mobile number. We may share limited data with vendors (e.g., SMS providers) to operate the program.
You agree that your electronic actions (checkboxes, clicks, typed or digital signatures, reply texts) constitute your electronic signature and consent to receive SMS from us.
Texts may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier issues, coverage, or device limitations. We provide the program “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties (express or implied) related to the SMS program, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K9 Klipping and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from or related to the SMS program. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed $50 or the amount you paid to participate in the SMS program, if any.
We may modify or suspend the SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate your participation at our discretion.
Informal Resolution: Contact us first at hello@k9klipping.com to try to resolve any issue.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: If not resolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis; no class actions or class arbitration. The Federal Arbitration Act and California law (without regard to conflicts principles) govern. Venue for any court matters (e.g., to compel arbitration) is Los Angeles County, California.
Severability: If any part of these SMS Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
